Welcome to the Wilson School District Transportation Department
Welcome to the 2022-2023 School Year, we look forward to providing busing to those students who qualify to and from our schools daily; as well as on class trips and extra-curricular trips.
You will not receive postcards from our transportation department regarding your students bus assignments. Our Transportation Department now offers parent(s)/guardian(s) a way to find information about their child’s District provided transportation using the StopFinder App. This App replaces the postcards that were mailed annually as well as replacing InfoFinder i; and enables us to provide real-time information about bus schedules for all district families.
The InfoFinder i System will no longer be utilized for student stop information; including bus stop location, stop times, bus number nor beginning of the year busing information. The StopFinder App is the new method of this communication. If you have not registered on the StopFinder App, please email firstname.lastname@example.org and request a registration link for StopFinder. Once registered on StopFinder you will see all busing information for your student(s).
The StopFinder App is updated on a daily basis in real-time update mode; and always includes the most recent information regarding bus schedules.
Thank you again for all your support and cooperation as we progress through the 2021-2022 School Year.
The Wilson School District Transportation Department is located behind Wilson Southern Middle School at 2900 Windmill Road in Sinking Spring. Office hours are Monday through Friday from 5:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.

The Transportation Department is responsible for the safe, daily transportation of approximately 4,200 students attending Wilson School District Schools and local Non-Public schools located within 10 miles of our School District boundaries. These tasks are handled by our driving staff of fifty-five (55) Daily Route Drivers, ten (10) Substitute/Trip Drivers, three (3) stand-by drivers and fourteen (14) School Bus Aides. Additionally, we have sixteen (16) Crossing Guards at various intersections around the School District to help keep our students safe when walking to or from school each day.
The Wilson School District’s maintenance facility is staffed by two (2) full-time mechanics and is fully equipped to perform all required maintenance and most repairs to our vehicles. Additionally, our mechanics are certified to perform Pennsylvania State Inspections on all School District Vehicles, including bi-annual State School Bus Inspections.
**Please contact the Transportation Office at (610) 670-0180 ext. 1233 for further information.**
Wish to have access to your students busing information or even be able to get alerts when the bus is a set distance away from pickup or drop off? Our new StopFinder App is the tool you will utilize for all busing access. Attached below are some links on how to setup geo-fence alerts and review your student(s) busing information. This is a free service being offered to all our students families. Again, if you need access to your students information, please contact Hans Eigenbrot at 610-670-0180, ext 1232; he will send you a link for you to setup this app on your smartphone.
