• WSD Update on Superintendent Search
The Wilson School Board is pleased to announce that we recently concluded the first-round interview stage of our superintendent search.  We are very proud that our District's reputation for excellence attracted 29 applicants for the position.  Those applicants were screened and nine were chosen for the first-round of interviews.  Those interviews were conducted over the past two weeks by the Initial Screening Interview Search team.  The team conducting those interviews was also briefed on the results of the community survey, which asked participants to evaluate what they see as the most important traits of the leader for the Wilson School District.  We were very pleased that 417 individuals completed that online survey.  You can review an overview of the survey results Here.  The next stage in the process will be the finalist interviews.  We will continue to post updates on our District website as we progress in our search process.
