Student Performance Measure (SPM) FORM LINK
- The Student Performance Measure (SPM) is designed to align an identified student challenge or need to related school-level goals, encourage instructional innovation based on latest research and trends, and improve educator practice.
- Educators will be responsible for:
- Aligning an identified student challenge or need to related school-level goals
- Locating the link for SPM form on the Forms page of the Teaching & Learning website
- Making a copy of the SPM form with your LAST NAME in the title
- Submitting the SPM form to principal for approval
- Gathering data to inform progress on the planned goal.

Individualized Professional Learning plan (IPL) FORM LINK
All teaching and non-teaching professional educators will complete a professional learning plan that details planned events designed to enhance learning and build capacity in each individual. The steps for documentation of the plan are as follows:
- The plan must focus on the development of skills in alignment with the Danielson Framework (& WSD Instructional Reflection Tool for teaching professionals).
- Educators will be responsible for:
- Identifying an area of professional growth based on the Instructional Reflection Tool and/or discussions with your principal
- Locating the link for IPL form on the Forms page of the Teaching & Learning website
- Making a copy of the IPL form with your LAST NAME in the title
- Submitting the IPL form to principal for approval
- Gathering research and planning learning events on the topic
- Completing reflections after each event
- Entering the link to the IPL form as an anecdotal note under Domain 4: Professional Responsibilities in PA-ETEP
- An end of year evaluation meeting will be held between educator and principal to discuss and evaluate the results of the learning plan.
WSD Instructional Reflection Tool FORM LINK
- The Instructional Reflection Tool is intended to serve as a self-reflection tool for teaching professionals. This tool will assist professionals in planning for their growth and development in the classroom.
- In addition to helping classroom educators reflect on their instructional practices, the purpose of this self-assessment is to gather individual, grade level, building, and district wide data in an effort to assist district and building administration in the development of a more comprehensive and job embedded professional development plan.
- Educators will be responsible for:
- Completing the Google Form while reflecting on personal instructional practices.
- Identifying an area of professional growth.
- Prioritizing this area of professional growth throughout the school year
