Dr. Chris Trickett
Position overview: Serves as the Chief Executive Officer of the school district. Promotes close cooperation between parents, teachers, and other school district staff as well
as represents the School Board as a liaison between the school district and community.
Provide leadership in developing and maintaining a comprehensive strategic plan that advances the mission of the district. Oversees and administers the use of all district facilities, property, and funds to ensure maximum efficiency.

Assistant Superintendent for Elementary
Position Overview: Supervises and directs the evaluation and development of our elementary building level leadership. Provides oversight to our Pre-K/ childcare programs. Observes all new and non-tenured teachers. Facilitates the Continuous School Improvement framework to provide a comprehensive approach to school district improvement. Works with the Superintendent, principals, and supervisors to guide research, textbook selection, examination procedures, the setting of grading standards, and the effective utilization of facilities, equipment and other teaching materials. Serves as acting superintendent in the Superintendent’s absence when called upon.

Position Overview: Leads the fiscal affairs of the district within the framework of Board Policy and the School Laws of Pennsylvania. Prepares and presents the annual district budget.
Oversees all accounting operations, including the establishment and supervision of an
efficient accounting program to record, in detail, all transactions. Serves as the District’s Open Records Officer. Interprets and reports the financial matters of the district to the community.

Position overview: Develops and administers a comprehensive human resources plan in accordance with applicable law. Evaluates the personnel needs of the district and supervises all recruitment activities. Collaborates in establishing the personnel budget. Oversees the administration of the district’s benefits plans. Administers current collective bargaining agreement(s), compensation and benefits plans. Serves as the district’s civil rights compliance officer.

Position Overview: Leads all aspects of the Food Service Department for the school district. Maintains and ensures compliance of free and reduced meal applications. Establishes processes and procedures that emphasize high quality food, appetizing presentation, and exceptional customer service.

Position Overview: Maintains a safe, clean, efficient, and acceptable educational environment conducive to learning. Implements the program of preventive maintenance for all buildings and operations equipment. Supervises and inspects all work performed by outside contractors. Prepares bid specifications for building improvements and operations items.Serves as district liaison between construction management and architects on all building construction projects. Manages the Central Duplicating and Shipping/Receiving operations.

Position Overview: Leads the communication efforts of the District by managing the internal, parent and community communications of the District and Board. Develops an effective District-wide communications plan, designed to effectively communicate the District’s Strategic Plan, core ideology and accomplishments. Execute the District’s social media strategy. Serve as liaison between the District and the news media. Provides leadership for all crisis communications.

Director of Students Supports and Services
Position Overview: Leads and evaluates a district-wide system of Special Education services, health services,counseling services, child accounting services, referral services, and all other areas related to pupil services, and coordinates referrals to school and community resources and district contracts. Maintains awareness and compliance with all federal, state and district regulations in the areas of pupil services and Special Education. Maintains the student attendance accounting system, which includes attendance policies, residency issues, centralized registration and truancy. Serve as the district homeless liaison for homeless youth and child abuse.

Position Overview: Works with supervisors and teachers to develop a vertical and horizontal K-12 curriculum framework in all curricular areas that come up in the review cycle. Oversees the New Teacher Induction Program. Oversee the district’s professional development program. Leads and administers the Federal Programs. Assists building administrators and classroom teachers in identifying and applying highly effective instructional strategies and evaluates teachers’ success in classroom instruction through formal and informal observation.

Position Overview: Directs all IT operations. Develops new technical solutions, as well as implements technology resources. Oversee district’s centralized printing initiative, including management of equipment leases and output quotas. Direct District cyber-security awareness and ongoing training. Direct the district’s computer equipment summer preventative maintenance program.

Position Description: Coordinate a transportation system that will enable each student to take full advantage of the complete range of curricular and extracurricular activities offered by the school district. Formulate bid specifications for the purchase of equipment and vehicles as well as transportation services and the sale of obsolete or unneeded equipment.Prepare, maintain, develop, and update bus routes, rosters and schedules for all public and non-public
schools in the district Develop and implement plans for ensuring appropriate cleanliness and maintenance of buses.
