ARRIVAL INFORMATION
Please arrive a little early on Tuesday (not before 8:30, please) for sign-in. The first day takes a little bit longer. We will organize students into their teacher groups and go over the sign-in/sign-out procedures. Please make note of your child’s group number below to look for upon arrival. Lists will also be available at check-in. We ask that you provide us with any important information about your child at this time if you haven’t done so already: transportation, allergies, special instructions, etc.
Please report to the correct location that you are signed up and follow instructions below:
SINKING SPRING PLAYGROUND DROP OFF
Drop-off, pick-up location: Evans Ave & Ruth St.- 836 Ruth Street, Sinking Spring, PA 19608
*We will be using the Sinking Spring Fire Company parking lot for our Summer Learning Camp students, ONLY. If you turn onto Evans Ave. off of Penn Ave., you will take a right onto Ruth Street. You will take the first left into the Fire Company entrance. Please park in the lot and escort your student(s) to sign in. Please use the other side of the Fire Company to exit the parking lot. Please drive slowly and watch for any students on foot in the lot. Thank you very much for your cooperation and patience as we get everything running smoothly.
Please note: if your child is staying for the Sinking Spring Playground program in the afternoon, you can use the regular main playground parking lot for pick-up.
BROOKFIELD DROP OFF
Drop-off, pick-up location: Brookfield Avenue and Brook Hollow Drive, Sinking Spring, PA 19608
*When dropping off your child, please drive slowly and watch for other children on foot. It is a little hectic with how small of a drop-off space there is at the playground pavilion. We ask that you drop off and continue driving forward through the neighborhood. It is a little dangerous when parents drop off and attempt to make a U-turn to exit the same way. We really appreciate your cooperation!
