Support Our Students! Support WEF!
The Wilson Education Foundation (WEF) positively impacts students’ lives by supporting the Wilson School District in three areas: Student Experience, Teaching Excellence, and Community Engagement.
WHO WE ARE
We provide our students with educational experiences over and above what could be paid for with our tax base alone. WEF is always working with our District leadership to find ways to differentiate the educational opportunities that our students receive at every level of their Wilson education. The money the WEF raises is used to support and assist the needs of students, teachers, and community.

Thanks to generosity of our community, the non-tax dollars raised by WEF, a 501(c)(3), helped to support Wilson students, teachers, and community members in a variety of ways during the past school year!

2020 Bulldog Bash a Big Success!
The Wilson Education Foundation (WEF) was thankful to have the support of the Wilson School District to host the Bulldog Bash, a socially distanced, outdoor fundraiser on Friday, September 25th at First Energy Stadium. The evening’s festivities included: food, live music, a raffle & virtual silent auction, and watching the Wilson Bulldogs football game on the big screen! WEF was extremely honored to present the 2020Legacy Award to Dr. Rudy Ruth at the event. He is a true Bulldog! Mr. Cory Luft and Mr. Jeremy Geeza were also recognized as the 2019 Teacher of the Year recipients. This award is given by WEF and Sun Federal Credit Union. Thank you to all of our Sponsors, Donors, Volunteers, and Attendees, who helped us raise $15,567 supporting our mission to positively impact students’ lives in the areas of student experience, teaching excellence, and community engagement. It was a great night to safely come together, celebrate, and make a difference!
