2024 Beast of The East apparel will be on sale by pre-order starting August 2, 2024. Wilson will sell a limited amount of T-shirts on-site on Friday & Saturday. The first T-shirt can be ordered in a variety of colors. The black hoodie and T-shirt are throw-back styles and will also be available in navy.

Teams will be able to select pick-up orders on-site Friday evening. If you have any alumni interested in placing an order please ask those individuals to use standard shipping.

DEADLINE TO ORDER:
SEPTEMBER 1, 2024
1- The team listed first should wear DARK caps.
2- Each team will be permitted ONE time-out per game (1:00 in length)
3- Quarters will run Six minutes in length with 2:00 minute breaks between each quarter 4: Overtime: Overtime will run two 2:00 minute periods.
4. If tied after two 2:00 minute periods we will run a 3:00 period until a team scores (sudden victory). If two teams’ records are tied for advancement to the flight rounds the team with the least goals allowed between one another will advance to the higher flight.
5. Sportsmanship is expected throughout the tournament. In the event, that your team is unevenly matched please use discretion, and play solid defense but do not run up the score. If your team runs the score up over 10 goals at any point during the tournament you will NOT be permitted to return in 2023.
6. Coaches are responsible for communicating to their athletes, parents, and fans that expectations are high regarding conduct at all of our venues. Athletes play, coaches coach, referees officiate, and spectators enjoy the game…if we all remain within our designated roles we will have a great experience. Any spectators, coaches, and/or players who cannot conduct themselves in a sportsmanlike manner will be excluded from our host sites.
7. 5th-year players and reclassified athletes are prohibited from competing in this tournament.

Each site will charge the following admission rates. Please communicate to your parents and fans that your admission to one site will not permit entrance to another site. The gate sales and profits benefit each host school; therefore, fans will pay per site during the tournament.
You will need to pay at each site throughout the tournament.
Coaches and Athletic Directors are responsible for communicating with players, parents, and fans the expectations in regards to conduct throughout the tournament. Any spectators, coaches, and/or players who cannot conduct themselves in a sportsmanlike manner will be excluded from the host sites.
“PIAA requires all registered sports officials to enforce the sportsmanship rules for coaches and contestants. Actions meant to demean opposing contestants, teams, spectators and officials are not in the highest ideals of interscholastic education and will not be tolerated. Let today’s contest reflect mutual respect. Coaches, please certify to the contest official(s) that your contestants are legally equipped and uniformed according to NFHS rules and PIAA adoptions.”
