Rental Process Update

Typically the pool is NOT available from the end of September through the first week of November and then again in December, January, and February. The varsity athletic schedule involves many weekend tournaments and meets which consumes the pool availability.

  • Once you submit the rental request form, our aquatic supervisor will contact you regarding availability within 7-10 business days.
  • We have limited times and dates available, list multiple dates of interest on the form so we can best accommodate your request.

GENERAL RENTAL INFORMATION

The cost to rent the pool is $300.00 for 2 hours. If you so desire, additional time may be added to the rental at $75.00 per half hour or $150.00 per hour. 

 

The cost of the pool rentals includes:

  • 1 Supervisor and 2 Lifeguards for up to 50 swimmers
  • The exclusive use of the entire 10-lane pool and one diving board    
  • Entering the facility 15 minutes prior to your start time to set up and decorate
  • The use of our balcony area for your refreshments. You are more than welcome to bring in food, however, we do not have a freezer for frozen treats.  
  • There is no alcohol or smoking permitted on school property.  
  • The use of both general locker room areas 
  • The use of our sound system and guest Wi-Fi access. The auxiliary cables on our sound system are designed to accommodate an IPOD, IPAD or MP3 device.  
  • The use of our state-of-the-art scoreboard to display a birthday message.
  • Balcony seating will be spaced appropriately when eating and drinking
  • A list of approved refreshment items will be provided in the updated rental confirmation email.

Guests are welcome to bring rafts, balls, noodles, etc.  If you have any guests who have any special needs or require any special accommodations, please notify me in the confirmation e-mail so we can accommodate those guests properly.  Please let us know ahead of time if you would like a special birthday message displayed on the board.

 I will contact you approximately a week prior to the party to confirm the expected number of guests and provide you with final details about your rental.
