Congratulations to Wilson graduate Collin Witlox on his Eagle Scout project benefiting the Wilson community!
Collin Witlox, a member of the Class of 2025 and former Cornwall Terrace Elementary student, recently designed and installed a Little Free Pantry at Cornwall Terrace Elementary School. Similar in concept to the well-known Little Free Libraries, the Little Free Pantry encourages a spirit of giving and mutual support through the motto: "Take what you need, give what you can."
Collin explained that the project addresses a very real need: “This will be helpful to the Wilson community since there are many families with food insecurity in our area who often rely on free and reduced meals at school.” By placing the pantry at CT—a central, walkable location—he hopes to serve not just students and families but also elderly residents, people with disabilities, and others who may have limited access to transportation or resources
Collin was supported in his efforts by several fellow Scouts from Troop 456—Peter Bonargo, Connor Heck, Ryan Heck, and Declan Witlox—all of whom are also proud alumni of Cornwall Terrace. Their commitment helped bring this meaningful project to life.
We are proud to congratulate Collin on his outstanding accomplishment and thank him for creating a resource that truly reflects the spirit of service and community that defines the Wilson School District. Bravo, CW! #WilsonSD

Wilson senior Kyla Quimby was one of just six girls selected to represent Philadelphia in the 2025 Enos Cup, competing against top teams from Massachusetts and New York.
On Thursday, the Philadelphia team made history by winning the Enos Cup for the fourth consecutive year. Kyla played a key role in the team’s success. Now in her second year on the squad, she earned an impressive 5 out of 6 possible match play points.
She scored two points against Massachusetts by winning both the front nine and the overall match. Against New York, she sank a clutch 15-foot birdie putt on the 18th hole to win the front, back, and total for three points.
Final Team Scores;
Philadelphia: 26
New York: 21.5
