We are excited to announce the launch of MuniciPay, our brand-new online tax payment portal. This service is designed to make managing and paying your real estate and per capita taxes faster and easier than ever before.
Key Features & Benefits
Convenient Payment Options: Pay securely using your checking account (E-Check), debit card, or credit card.
Service fees do apply: Credit/Debit Cards - 2.75% ($2.00 minimum) E-Checks - $1.00 per transaction
Shopping Cart Functionality: Add multiple real estate and/or per capita bills to your cart and pay for everything in a single session.
Real-Time History: By creating an account, you can save your payment methods and view your complete transaction history.
How to Get Started
To begin, visit the District website, select "Quick Links," and then choose "Real Estate & Per Capita Tax Payment."
Have your tax bill handy to enter your bill number and last name.
Once you locate your bill on the portal, click the add button to add to your cart and then follow the prompts.
You can create a permanent account for future use or simply check out as a guest.
Please note that traditional payment methods—such as mailing a check, placing a payment in the tax drop box or paying in person at the Administration Building—remain available. However, we highly encourage taxpayers to take advantage of the convenience and speed of MuniciPay!
