Planet HS Support Night

The Wilson Athletic Department will be hosting a PlanetHS “Support Night” on Tuesday, August 5th, from 4:00 PM to 6:00 PM at the Wilson Southern Middle School Library. This free event is being offered to any family with a student in grades 7-12 who plans to participate in a sport during the upcoming school year but may not be comfortable with PlanetHS. This event will help our families access PlanetHS, upload completed Section 6 forms, and address any other questions they may have. Section 6 is the document that the doctor must have completed and must be dated May 1, 2025, or later. Please note that we are not offering physicals at this event. Physicals must be completed by a family physician or an urgent care facility before this event.

We are asking that both parents/guardians and their child attend this event together. Students should bring their fully charged Chromebook and their completed Section 6 with them.

We plan on having Spanish-speaking staff in attendance.

Again, this free event will take place on Tuesday, August 5th, from 4:00 PM to 6:00 PM at the Wilson Southern Middle School Library, located at 3100 Iroquois Avenue in Sinking Spring, just off Route 724/Shillington Road.
