All Wilson Elementary schools will host parent/teacher conferences on Thursday, March 19th, from 5:00-8:00 pm and Friday, March 20th, from 8:20 am - 3:40 pm. Given the importance of home and school communication, our goal is for teachers to meet with the parents/guardians of every child assigned to their classroom during these designated times to share information about the child’s academic and behavioral progress.

We prefer in-person parent-teacher conferences; however, we will offer a virtual conference with your child’s teacher(s) if necessary. Please note "virtual" on your SignUpGenius. We strongly encourage parents/guardians to attend this 15-minute conference without their child or siblings.

  • To sign up for a conference time, parents/guardians must access their child’s elementary school webpage, click on the Parent-Teacher Conference Sign-Up Link, and sign up for a conference time slot by Monday, March 9th. To sign up for a conference time, parents/guardians will need to find their child’s teacher's name and follow the link to sign up for a time slot on the teacher’s SignUpGenius form. Each conference will be 15 minutes long.

  • You must do this for each child if you have multiple students at one of our elementary buildings. Signing up for a time slot as soon as possible is recommended, as they will be filled on a first-come, first-served basis.  Please indicate whether this is an in-person or virtual conference in the notes/comment section of the SignUpGenius form

  • *Parents of 4th and 5th-grade students should sign up for a conference with the homeroom teacher.  The homeroom teacher will be prepared to share information from both classes/teachers.

  • If you wish to discuss your child’s progress in Art, Music, Physical Education, Library, or Discovery, sign up for a conference with them individually or contact the team to see if they can meet together during a conference time that works for you. Our special education teachers will try to coordinate conferences, where possible, with the classroom teacher.

  • Once the conference schedules are set, teachers will communicate with each student's parents/guardians to confirm the date and time, and provide Google Meet information (if applicable) for virtual conferences. Confirming this information will be important, so please look for this communication from your child’s teacher.
