The Wilson community is invited to a memorial dedication ceremony honoring Coach Anton Fernsler on Sunday, September 14, at 11:00 a.m. at the Wilson West Middle School Stadium.

Join us for sharing memories and the unveiling of a community-funded memorial monument in his memory.

Join us on Friday, September 12, at the Wilson HOME football game for a special Salute to Service Night as we honor all first responders, military members, and veterans!

All active duty military, veterans, and first responders will receive FREE admission with ID and are invited to a pre-game tailgate in the Stadium starting at 5:30 pm.

At halftime, we will recognize all first responders, current active drill reservists, National Guard members, and Active Guard Reserve members on the field.

Mark your calendars for September 13tht at 5pm, as Wilson JROTC proudly hosts its 4th annual 9/11 Stair Climb in Gurski Stadium.

As cadets climb alongside first responders, community leaders, and recruiters, they forge meaningful connections that go beyond the day’s events. Families and community members are encouraged to join, with no cost to participate. Come out and be part of an experience that honors the past, strengthens the present, and inspires the future. #WilsonSD

At last night's school board meeting, the Wilson School Board welcomed Student Representative Heidi Ding. Heidi is the Student Government President and will attend school board meetings this year to represent the student body. Thank you, Heidi, for serving as a bridge between our students and the school board! #WilsonSD

Today we kicked off the new school year with a district-wide staff lunch! A big thank you to our amazing Food Services Team for catering the event and to our district leadership team for serving lunch to our staff. What an awesome way to start the year! #WilsonSD

Last week, marching band wrapped up a fantastic week of Band Camp! We can’t wait to cheer them on as they bring the music and spirit to our first home football game this Friday! #WilsonSD
