The Wilson School District offers the opportunity for any Wilson School District resident ages 6-14 (cannot be 15 years or older on or before December 1, 2025) to join and participate on the Wilson Age Group Swimming & Diving Team (WAGS). This youth sport is designed for children interested in becoming competitive swimmers. Our team focuses on building swimmers to be great in high school. We work on the basic fundamentals with our swimmers emphasizing stroke mechanics and technique over yardage. We welcome all swimmers to join WAGS creating practices to build a FUN competitive swimming and diving experience for students ages 6 to 14. Swimming is a lifetime sport that can be enjoyed in a variety of ways and is just one facet of a person’s life & we believe WAGS gives all of our swimmers the ability to grow and love the sport of swimming!
The Parent Meeting is Monday, October 27, 2025 at the Wilson High School Lower House Cafeteria:
6:00 pm - New/1st time WAGS participants
6:45 pm - Returning WAGS participants
