A few weeks ago, Wilson High School Interact Club hosted the Eggstravaganza!

Hosted annually by our Interact Club, with support from the West Reading-Wyomissing Rotary Club, this Easter-themed event is designed especially for students with special needs from across Berks County. From hundreds of candy-filled eggs to prize baskets, treats, and fun activities, every detail is thoughtfully planned to create a welcoming and memorable experience for all.

A huge shoutout to Interact Club advisor Chris Daubert and our incredible student volunteers who plan, prep, and bring this event to life each year. Their care and dedication help make Eggstravaganza a safe, joyful space for students and their families. #WilsonSD

Graphic with a red background and the heading “#ThrowbackThursday – Past to Present.” It shows two overlapping photos: a black-and-white staff group photo labeled 1985 in front of bookshelves, and a modern color photo of current school staff posed together behind a table. A large “W” with a bulldog mascot appears in the lower left, with decorative circular patterns and paw prints on the background.
On March 4, a group of juniors had the opportunity to attend the GRCA's 15th Annual Women2Women Conference & Expo held at Alvernia University. We spent the day hearing from inspiring and empowering speakers, participating in breakout sessions, and interacting with local businesses and organizations to learn more about the value of community and leadership. A highlight of the conference was hearing keynote speakers Cory Varona and Nicol Varona Cancelmo, co-founders of curly hair care brand OCOA, talk about their personal and entrepreneurial journey from Reading, PA to becoming the first Dominican-American founded brand to launch nationwide at Ulta Beauty! #WilsonSD
