Hi! I’m Dr. Kelly Byrne, proud principal of Shiloh Hills Elementary School. I’m thrilled to be part of this incredible school community, where students, families, and staff work together to create a positive and engaging learning environment.
My journey in education began as a 7th-grade English and Literacy teacher in Maryland before spending twelve years teaching at Cocalico Middle School. I later served as the assistant principal at Wilson Southern Middle School for three years before joining Shiloh Hills as principal in 2017. I hold an undergraduate degree in English Education and a master’s degree in Educational Leadership from Millersville University, and I completed my Doctorate of Educational Leadership at Immaculata University in 2022.
Outside of school, my family keeps me busy! I have two daughters and two stepsons who are now finishing high school and in college. Like many of our Shiloh Hills families, we’ve spent years juggling sports, music, and busy schedules, and I love every moment of it.
I am truly honored to lead this amazing school and to support our students as they learn and grow. My door is always open—whether you have a question, a concern, or just want to connect, I’d love to hear from you. I look forward to working together to ensure Shiloh Hills is a place where students love to learn, staff love to work, and our community loves to live!
