The district recently finalized a contract with Public Safety & Economic Growth (PubSEG), a company that provides public entities with fully trained and FERPA/HIPAA compliant contact tracing teams to take some of the burden off of our in-house nursing and office staff. The dedicated PubSEG team will be working only with Wilson School District, and will serve as the communication hub for families and staff when it comes to all things COVID.
Beginning January 3, 2022, students or staff members who have experienced a positive test result or a known exposure to COVID-19 should use one of the following communication options:
Dedicated Wilson SD/PubSEG Phone Line: (856) 942-1660
Wilson SD/PubSEG email address: wilsonsd@PubSEG.com
Contact Tracing form submission link: https://forms.office.com/r/6Xbyne0C8i
After receiving the report through any one of these three options, a contact tracing team member will follow up directly with you or your family to complete the case investigation and provide guidance for isolation and quarantine. Individuals identified as close contacts to a positive case will be notified by phone through the contact tracing process as well.
The team of contact tracers will also provide information about our on-site COVID testing options for those that may need those services. Test results will be reported back to the school nurse’s offices to be shared with families once they are received.
We want to remind our families that the best way to stop the spread of COVID-19 is to stay home if you are sick. By working together and taking care of each other, we can all do our part to keep our students learning in-person in a safe and healthy environment.
