In an effort to educate our parents and athletes about athletic scholarships and the college recruiting process, Mr. Kaufmann (the district athletic director) has contracted Dynamite Sports to conduct an hour-long seminar entitled “Guiding the College-Bound Athlete” on Wednesday, February 22, 2017, at 7:30 p.m. in the HS Auditorium. The invitation for the event is attached here.
Second Quarter Report Cards
Report cards will be visible through Family Access starting on the afternoon of January 27th. A reminder that report cards will only be accessible to parents through the Skyward Family Access site.
Emergency contact and health info collection (Skyward)
We are trying to streamline the process to retrieve critical emergency contact and health information. In the past, you had to fill out the two blue cards for each child every year. To make things easier, we are now going to be completely online using our Skyward program. When you log into Family Access, you will have the ability to have access to all of your children. Please listen to the tutorial to help you to navigate the system. Click here for the tutorial
Effective for the 2016-2017 school year, all students in grades 6-12, except those who qualify for the National School Lunch Program, are asked to pay a $20.00 yearly technology insurance fee. Those students who qualify for the National School Lunch Program are asked to pay $10.00 yearly, and must be qualified for the program as of August 1st. This fee can be paid using family access or by making a check made payable to the Wilson School District. All checks should have your child's name written on them and should be mailed to the building office attn: Building Technology Assistant. Families who choose to not purchase the insurance will be responsible for the full costs of repair or replacement for any damage incurred. The 2016-2017 Chromebook Repair Cost Schedule can be found here. Please contact the building office for details.
Lots of information for you!
