  • BCTC STEM Program

    Berks Career and Technology Center is pleased to announce the first BCTC STEM Career Camp: Discovering Careers in Manufacturing, Graphic Communications, and Healthcare to be held from June 13-17 at BCTC West Campus. This exciting opportunity for grade 8 students is offered free of charge. Transportation from East to West Campus and return each day will be provided for students who reside in districts that are closer in proximity to East Campus.   • Summer School for Remediation/Credit Recovery and Academic Advancement

  • Summer Academic Clinic

    Millersville University will be hosting a reading clinic this summer on the campus.  The clinic will be conducted Monday through Friday in the mornings, from July 11th until July 29th.  The parents of the students participating would schedule a time for the individual assessment to be conducted throughout the day on either Wednesday, July 6th or Thursday, July 7th (both dates available to them).

    Attached are flyers about the clinic, the registration form, and the Teacher-School Information form that needs to be completed.  If there are financial concerns, please contact your school counselor.

  • Southern Patio Campaign
    Southern Middle School is in the process of developing a patio/picnic area for our students and our community.  This area will provide a long term benefit to our community members, as well as our school groups/activities both inside and outside of the school day.  The new patio/picnic area will be in front of Southern Middle School and right beside Cornwall Terrace Elementary.  This new area will have  apicnic/sitting earea for student and community members to eat and socialize.
    In an effort to facilitate this project, we are launching the Southern Middle School Patio Campaign.  You can be part of this incredible project by purchasing an engraved 4" X 8" engraved brick.  Bricks can be order with or without a graphic and are $100 each.  For more information and an order form, please Click Here.

  • 2015-2016 Technology Fee

    All middle and high school students, except those who qualify for the national free and reduced lunch program, are asked to pay a $40.00 yearly technology fee. This fee has been posted to Family Access and can be paid using family access or by making a check made payable to the Wilson School District. All checks should have your child's name written on them and should be mailed to the building office attn: Building Technology Assistant. Parents may opt out of the fee and forgo the ability to take the Chromebook home. Please contact the office with questions.
