On Tuesday, November 21, an incident was reported to the high school administration that involved a student who was in possession of a folding knife in the lower house cafeteria. Our security team and staff, who were in the cafeteria at the time of the incident, immediately intervened and de-escalated the student to ensure all students and staff were safe. The possession of a weapon on our school campus will not be tolerated, and our administrative team will work together with the Spring Township police to conduct a thorough investigation and issue appropriate consequences and charges to the individual who was involved.
