The elementary buildings have an annual event called Popsicle and Packet. At this event, students find out who their teacher is, which staggered start day is assigned, and includes other important information about the school. This event is scheduled for August 15th from 4:00 – 5:30 pm at the Whitfield playground in the back of the building.

Tables will be set up in the back of the building, designated according to grade level. Once students and families get the packet, they can visit their teacher to say hello and get a freeze pop from our WHSA table. Anyone who cannot attend this event can contact the school after the 15th to determine who the teacher is and the assigned staggered start date. (Student registration must be complete to obtain this information) Teacher information will also be visible in Skyward starting August 16th at 7:00 am. We will place any leftover packets in the mail unless we are notified of alternative arrangements.
