Dear West Families,

As we approach the holiday season, we are excited to share a variety of festive events and activities planned for our students. These events are designed to bring joy and foster a sense of community as we celebrate together.

Here are the upcoming holiday events:

1. Holiday Spirit Month (Date: 12/3 – 12/20):
   Students are encouraged to dress in fun, festive attire each day. Please see the Westmas Spirit Day Calendar.
2. Hot Chocolate Bar & Sweet Treat Trolley (Date: Friday 12/13 & Friday 12/20 during Bulldog 60):
   Students will have the opportunity to purchase hot chocolate and other sweet treats
3. Ugly Sweater Competition (Date: 12/18 during lunch):
   Students will have the opportunity to participate in an ugly sweater contest during their lunch period. The students voted with the best ugly sweater will win a prize!
4. Winter Clothing Drive (Date: 12/3 – 12/8):
   Student Council will be collecting new to gently used, winter clothing items (i.e. hats, coats, scarves, gloves, winter boots) to donate to the Hope Rescue mission. Please consider participating! See flyer for more details
5. Grinchball (Date: 12/20) :
   Students will have the opportunity to participate in our annual grade-level dodgeball tournament during the school day.
6. Winter Concerts :
   Join us for a musical celebration as our students perform in their winter concert. This is a wonderful opportunity to come together as a school community and enjoy the talents of our students.
   • 8th Grade: December 4th 6pm
   • 6th Grade: December 9th 6pm
   • 7th Grade: December 12th 6pm
