There is a “Forgot your Login/Password?” link on our Skyward Student login page. When utilizing this feature, you will receive an email containing a password reset link for your Skyward Family Access account as long as you have an up to date email address on file. This feature will only work for parents/guardians. If you are a student or staff member, your Skyward login credentials will continue to be managed by the district.
To update your email address in Family Access, log in and then click on “My Account” located in the top right of the window. Type your email address in the “Email” field, followed by clicking Save. You will also have the ability to change your password here by using the “Change Password” button.
If you are unaware of your Skyward Family Access Login ID and/or Password, and you do not have an up to date email address already stored in Skyward, please contact your child’s school office for assistance.
