Dear Wilson Community:
In conjunction with our work around creating a sense of belonging and engagement, and in alignment with our vision of making Wilson School District a place where students love to learn, people love to work, and the community loves to live, our team is engaging all of our stakeholder groups in a survey to gather feedback on their experience in the district.
The PA Climate and Culture Survey, a school-based survey developed by the American Institute for Research (AIR), is one part of a comprehensive program to identify, measure, and report on school conditions that foster and promote student academic success and achievement. The survey can be used along with surveys of teachers, other staff, and partners, and in coordination with the collection of qualitative data, such as classroom observations and focus groups, to provide additional understanding of a school’s strengths and needs for improvement.
This survey is completely anonymous and voluntary. We’ll be collecting similar data from our staff, students in grades 3 and up, community members, and parents or guardians.
