Over the weekend, the district learned that one of our 7th-grade students passed away after being hospitalized this past week. As a community, the Wilson School District wants to express our sincerest condolences to the family. We know that news like this is very difficult, especially for our students to process. We wanted to provide resources from our counseling office to help students cope with loss.
In addition, we want to remind families of our FREE virtual session about how to help students deal with grief:
