Twenty students from the Wilson School District were recognized for their artistic accomplishments at their Annual Festival of Arts, presented by the Woman’s Club of Spring Township.

Winners in kindergarten through 12th grade were selected in four categories: short story, poetry, art, and photography.

Each student presented his or her entry to the audience.

Special congratulations to Ella Showers from Mr. Frymoyer’s 2nd grade classroom for earning 1st place in Kindergarten through 2nd grade Art category!  And, special thanks to our Art teacher, Mrs. Iswalt, for providing our students great opportunities to learn, explore, and enjoy art.

About 100 people attended the event Tuesday, February 14, 2023 evening at St. John’s Lutheran Church in Sinking Spring.

The winners advance to the district competition of the General Federation of Women’s Clubs Pennsylvania.
