R-Phils “Hard Work in School Pays Off”

We are excited that Mrs. V registered Cornwall Terrace elementary for the R-Phils “Hard Work in School Pays Off” program where we are excited to help reward your hard working students (& staff) this spring!

 

Free Tickets:

Your child will receive a printed voucher around the middle to end of March.   

Thanks to Capital BlueCross, each voucher includes 4 Free General Admission Tickets, which can be used to attend ANY of the 26 select R-Phils games in April, May, and June.  All eligible game dates and times listed below are also listed on the printed vouchers.

2023 “Hard Work in School Pays Off” Game Dates:

    • April: 4/12, 4/13, 4/14, 4/15, 4/16, 4/26, 4/27, 4/28, 4/29
    • May: 5/10, 5/11, 5/12, 5/24, 5/25, 5/26, 5/27, 5/28
    • June: 6/6, 6/7, 6/8, 6/9, 6/11, 6/13, 6/15, 6/28, 6/29

Students can use the tickets to bring ANYONE along as guests, whether family members or friends.  Those using the free tickets DO NOT need to be students or staff members from your school.  Everyone is welcome!

There is NO NEED to select a specific game date in advance.  Families can simply bring the voucher to the main entrance on ANY one of the 26 game dates listed.  The General Admission tickets printed on the voucher can be handed directly to the ticket taker for admittance.  If families need more than 4 seats, additional General Admission tickets can be purchased online, or at the Box Office in advance or in-person the night of the game.

 

Mascot Photo Session:

At each “Hard Work in School Pays Off” game, your children will have a chance to take exclusive photos with R-Phils mascots!  There is no need to pre-register, as our mascots will be located just inside the Main Entrance as students arrive at the ballpark.

 

“Hard Work in School Pays Off” RAFFLE PRIZES:

At each “Hard Work in School Pays Off” game, your children will have an opportunity to enter a FREE RAFFLE to win some great autographed R-Phils prizes!  We will have plenty of signage and announcements throughout the game, along with staff members on hand to help students enter the raffle as they enter the ballpark.

 

RPhils.com/Hardwork website:

Once you receive the printed vouchers, visit the “RPhils.com/Hardwork” website, which is listed on your voucher.  This website will contain a list of game dates and promotions, including which games feature Give-Away items and/or Postgame Fireworks.  Since some of the eligible games will be played after the school year ends, we will continue to update the RPhils.com/Hardwork website in order to communicate any program updates directly to families.

Reserved Seat Upgrade:

We are expecting much larger crowds on weekends and during the month of June, so families concerned with seating availability are encouraged to attend weeknight games or weekends in April if possible.

 

Since General Admission seating can sometimes become limited, families are welcome to upgrade to Reserved Seats if they prefer.  The General Admission tickets you receive may be applied as a $6.00 discount off the price of Blue Box or Green Box Reserved Seats.  Families can upgrade online by selecting a specific game date listed on the RPhils.com/Hardwork website, and enter the Promo Code “CBC2023” in order to receive the $6 discount per reserved seat ticket.  All of the upgrade info is included on the printed vouchers and the website.
