Recently, students in grades 4-8 throughout Berks County participated in the Reading Hospital Trauma Center’s annual “Scratch Off” competition, which was developed to raise trauma awareness among youth. Students used “Scratch” or “Scratch Jr” to create a scratch project incorporating one of the 2021/2022 themes: dog bites, fire safety or both.
