This is the date the 4th grade students at CT will visit the State Capitol and State Museum in Harrisburg. The bus departs CT for Harrisburg at 8:55 am and returns to CT at 2:15 pm.  Please check with your child's homeroom teacher about report time.  

Please be sure your child dresses in business casual clothing:  khakis, polo shirt, dress shirt/tie, slacks. blouse, sweater, and comfortable shoes.  They will be walking a great deal in and between buildings.   Pack lunch in disposable wrappings.  Do not send beverages in glass bottles or thermos bottles.  And do not send lunch boxes.  There is no need to send money because we will not make any purchases.

This hour long assembly is for Kindergarten, 1st, and 2nd grade students to view the Wilson HS Theater performance of Winnie the Pooh.

Students in grades 3-5 will be assessed on their proficiency of English Language Arts (ELA) and Mathematics.  Additionally, students in grade 4 will be assessed on their proficiency of Science.  All vacation requests that correspond with PSSA testing dates will be marked unexcused absences.

2025 Test Dates:

• Grades 3, 4, 5 ELA:   April 23-25
• Grades 3, 4, 5 Math:   April 29, 30
• Grades 4 Science:  May 1
• Grades 3, 4, 5 Make-Up:  April 28, May 2 - May 9

5th grade students will tour Southern Middle School in preparation for the next school year.

This is the first Pretzel Day event of the year.  Please return your form, or a note with your order, and payment to school.  Pretzels are from the Pretzel Factory in West Lawn and are $1.00 each.

Orders and payment are DUE today.  Pretzels will be delivered at the end of the school day tomorrow.

Students should bring a labeled water bottle, wear sturdy/proper shoes, and wear/bring sunscreen/hat.
