2023 WILSON IRON CHEF EVENT SCHEDULE

12pm: First Taste Begins – Attendees enter the event 1 hour before General Admission.

1pm: General Admission Begins.

12pm-3:30pm: In the Wilson HS Gymnasium, “People’s Choice” restaurants compete for votes with common ingredient samples (upper track), while “Vendor Lane” restaurants share samples (1st level of gymnasium). Attendees also enjoy musical performances, auctions, raffles, cake decorating demonstrations and more!

2:30pm-4pm: A timed Iron Chef Competition *New this year! Our Iron Chef Competition will now be held in the Wilson HS Gymnasium, and we are thrilled to have BCTC Culinary Students with their Mentor Chefs, competing for the Iron Chef title!
