Wilson Aquatics Spring/Summer High School Conditioning
The 2016 Wilson Aquatics Spring & Summer Competitive Conditioning Program is designed for athletes who aspire to train at a high intensity level and seek the opportunity to improve their techniques in both swimming and water polo training.
Training Times: Spring Session Monday-Friday 3:00-4:30 pm
Summer Session: Monday-Thursday 7:30-10:00 am Friday 8-10:30 am
Age Requirements: Residents of the Wilson School District who are entering at least the 7th grade as of Fall 2016 or older.
Staffing: Our professional and experienced staff takes pride in their attention to detail and willingness to work closely with every participant to ensure they have every opportunity to reach or exceed their goals.

2016 Spring Age Group Stroke Clinics
Age Group Swimming ClinicsApril 25th-May 27th
Wilson Aquatics will be offering a 5 week spring stroke clinics/training session on Monday, Wednesday and Friday evenings for children in K through 7th grade. These clinics will run from 6:15-8:15 and focus specifically on technical development. Each week a new stroke will be offered and introduced. Select members from our high school and age group staffs will be on hand to assist with these weekly clinics.
Discounted rate for participation in the 5 week Swimming Clinics $125.00
