Challenge number 1: The Dry Brush Saturday, October 17 through Friday, October 23
Did you know that turning off the water while you brush your teeth can save a gallon of water? That's OUR CHALLENGE this week: to turn off the faucet while you are brushing!

Brush your teeth with the water off, and when you run the water, make sure it is cold water.

Use a cup or mug filled with water to rinse out your mouth. Don't rinse out your mouth by cupping water in your hand...this wastes about as much water as keeping it running while you brush!

Rinse your toothbrush out in the remaining water in your mug!
