The Wilson High School PTO is a group of involved parents whose objectives are to:
    • Promote the welfare of youth in home, school, and community;
    • Bring into closer relationship the home and the school so that parents and teachers may cooperate intelligently in the education of the child;
    • Develop between educators and the general public a united effort to secure for every child the highest advantages in physical, mental, and social education;
    • Encourage academic and social activities and projects, through sponsorship and/or funding, which enhance the educational curriculum.

    Since its inception in 1998, the Wilson High School PTO has contributed the following to the school:

    • Annual funds for gift certificates for the Principal’s Award winners honored on Academic Recognition Night.
    • Bulldog Café, after school treats for the students, held on a monthly basis.
    • Books on tape for sight-impaired students.
    • Two Senior Project Information Nights for parents
    • Holiday appreciation favors placed in teachers’ mailboxes.
    • Numerous teacher appreciation breakfasts for the faculty, annually or semi-annually
